Yes, difficult not to notice, given that the number of cranes in Seattle is the same as SFO, Chicago &amp; NY combined ;)<\/p>\n<p>Here comes a <a href=\"http:\/\/discovery.economist.com\/features\/how-americas-two-tech-hubs-are-converging-2858948\">new article from the Economist<\/a> that provides a different view: the 2 hubs are actually conv<a href=\"https:\/\/carmal.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Capture.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-224 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/carmal.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Capture-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>erging, because of the exchange of capital, brainware and people.<br \/>\nThere are 25+ flights daily between SFO and SEA, 10+ between SEA and SJC, 10 between Oakland and SEA. Can you figure how many people daily that means?<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"hs_cos_wrapper_post_body\" class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\">Seattle and Silicon Valley are now joined at the hip.<br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"hs_cos_wrapper_post_body\" class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\">The best approach is to make that connection as efficient as possible, says Rich Barton, a serial entrepreneur.
